Struggling through the pain... I cry out! I can't reach the remote! Nooooooooooo!!!

Lol, this was basically the last (hrrmmm...) 5 months for me. Right after my last journal entry, I actually found out I had a cyst on my tailbone! Imagine that! I never knew I had one before, but it was really clear that there was something wrong when I could no longer sit through college lectures because of the pain.
Not to be overly dramatic of course, but the whole experience has been... interesting. I had to have my first procedure at the end of October. It was a fairly minor outpatient ER visit. Unfortunately, the minor outpatient procedure took 6 hours, 5.5 of which were spent with me laying by myself in a room listening to a dude yell out obscenities (he was a local man with untreated menal illness that wandered into the ER). After that, they sent me home with anti-nausea meds to combat the effects of the antibiotics.
I thought... "hmmm. I don't think i want to do this again. Let's get it removed!"
It was supposed to be a fairly minor surgery, but in fact it didn't heal, so I spent all of winter break in bed and on my bum. After that much laziness, I really wanted to get back to work and back to school (and also back to photography!!) Unfortunately, the lack of healing forced me into another surgery in early January, after I ended up in the ER during the weekend (oddly enough, they stuck me in the padded room.... I'm still slightly suspicious... >.>; ) Now, as I lay in bed, I ponder my fate. I might have to have another surgery (#3) so I'm not fantasically excited. If I have to, I won't be able to do spring term of school, and I won't be able to work. It's really bad. If I miss Japanese 103, I'll have to wait until next spring to continue the program.

Anyhoo, that was a crazy mondo rant. I hope everyone that's ever read my journal is doing well, especially my crazy awesome Sheldon buddies!! You know who you are!

I'm hoping to submit some work soon, but we'll see. Even I have certain standards, lol. XD
